Implementation of the National e-Invoicing System postponed

/
Date19 Jan 2024

We would like to inform you about an important change regarding the implementation of the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF).

The obligation to issue invoices through the National e-Invoicing System will not be enforced in 2024.

The Ministry of Finance has announced the postponement of the mandatory use of KSeF due to errors found in the system. The new implementation date has not been specified and will depend on the results of the system audit. The audit aims to ensure proper system capacity and functionality.
The additional time for implementation will also be utilized for consultations with entrepreneurs.

We will inform you of the new implementation date once known.

Information from the Ministry of Finance in the form of a press briefing is available on the Ministry of Finance’s YouTube channel.
